- Immigration
The process in which people move to and permanently settle in a country other than the one they were born in. - Indirect discrimination
Indirect discrimination is treatment which is seen be equal to all employees but discriminates against people of a particular national, racial or ethnic background, gender, because of a person's disability or religion or belief or sexual orientation, because they are being subjected to an unjustifiable condition of employment. - Institutional Discrimination
A complex form of discrimination which is knitted into the fabric of society, or an organisation through the culture and working practices that have evolved. - Institutional Racism
