Training
NCFE Level 2 Certificate in Equality and Diversity
The programme is particularly suited to those who have a responsibility for the promotion of equality and diversity and provides a sound preparation for access onto a range of vocational courses, including the Level 3 Certificate in Managing Diversity available from Equality North East.
The objectives of the certificate are to help learners develop an understanding of:
- the meaning and importance of equality and diversity
- the promotion of equality and diversity
- social and individual prejudice and discrimination
- individual and organisational rights and responsibilities
Costs
This training programme is available as a tutor lead course with four training days over a 12 week period, or as a flexible distance learning option.
Tutor Lead - £552 + VAT per person
Distance Learning - £276 + VAT per person
