Summary of Services

Equality Audit

If you would like to find out how you compare to other organisations, how you match up to best practice or if you comply with the law then you should consider conducting and equality audit.

An equality audit looks at the policies and procedures in place in your organisation and examines how they work in practice. The audit can also, if required, gather and analyse the views of staff.

A typical audit would take approximately 5 days.

Equal Pay

The issue of equal pay is a complex area of legislation and requires specialist help to ensure the objectives of equal pay are achieved.

Equal pay audits identify anomalies and potential issues by examining the fairness of pay systems and how they are constructed. You will also be provided with solutions to problems identified during the audit.

Independent Investigations

We offer a specialist lead independent investigation service for issues such as bullying and harassment, sexual harassment and grievances involving age, disability, gender, race, religion or belief and sexual orientation.

We believe that, if at all possible, investigations should be carried out 'in house' by managers and to support that we can offer training, advice and guidance to investigating officers. We can also work with an internal investigator to offer independent advice.

However, if this is not possible we are able to undertake the investigation on your behalf.
