The Equality Bill
The Equality Bill is expected to continue its progression during the new parliamentary session with a view to coming into force in phases in the period from October 2010 to 2013. However, the government is yet to decide the approach on certain issues, such as whether to allow representative actions. We will be tracking the progress of the Bill in the coming months so watch this space for further developments.
