Equality Bill passes through Commons Committee Stage
Readers of Employment Law News will be aware of the draft provisions of the Equality Bill, a piece of legislation which, if enacted, would both harmonise and overhaul the law on discrimination. The Bill has now completed the commons committee stage in the House of Commons. The House of Commons Public Bill Committee has made relatively few amendments to the Bill.
