Publication of equality objectives; how are public authorities in England performing?
Last year the Commission published the findings from its assessment of how public bodies in England are responding to their specific duty requirement under the Public Sector Equality Duty to publish equality information.
The EHRC have now published the findings of a second assessment of how more than 2,000 public bodies are responding to the second specific duty: to publish one or more equality objectives.
