Business in the Community wants to hear from dads balancing work and caring roles

• Call for fathers and male carers to share experiences of work-life balance for ground-breaking research survey on men’s role at home and work.
• Are you balancing work and caring for an adult or child?
• Is your employer supporting you to manage your responsibilities?

The groundbreaking Equal Lives project, in partnership with Santander UK, with research conducted by Avenir Consulting will look at what stops men being more involved in caring roles and will result in practical steps employers can take to help male and female employees to balance responsibilities at work and home.

To create a true picture of the situation facing working fathers and male carers in the UK in 2018, Business in the Community wants to hear from men in every situation – including where they are the breadwinner, the main carer or divide caring responsibilities equally. We are keen to hear from men of all ages, ethnicities and sexualities, as well as single fathers and women in work who have caring responsibilities.
