Inclusive Leadership 5 day programme County Durham and Darlington Fire and Rescue Service

This is a modular programme which can be completed consecutively or spread out across a longer period. The initial two-day programme covers: -

Role of the Line Manager
Listening and Questioning Skills
Values and behaviours, aligning personal beliefs to the business
Processes of Stereotyping and how this manifests in the workplace
Impact of discrimination on individuals and the organisation
Equality Act 2010
Change and the impact on individuals, teams and the wider business
Challenging inappropriate behaviours
Assertiveness skills
Having difficult conversations

This modular approach allows a development programme designed around an individuals job role or specific development needs, rather than a generic leadership and management programme. It provides a solid foundation for those who wish to progress on to accredited Leadership and Management programmes at level 3 and above.
