Equality and Diversity in the Workplace: Part accredited at level 2 by NOCN

This one day part accredited course is an ideal introduction to equality and diversity for organisations in the Public, Private, Voluntary and Community Sectors throughout the North East and is aimed at employers and employees from all levels.

NCFE Level 2 Certificate in Equality and Diversity

This is relevant to everybody living in a diverse society, especially those working to promote equality and diversity. It supports employers who need their workforce to be knowledgeable in this topic.

NCFE Level 3 Certificate in Managing Diversity

This qualification is suited to managers, team leaders and supervisors or anyone responsible for promoting diversity or formulating equality and diversity polices in the workplace. Anyone wishing to advance their knowledge of equality and diversity in a vocational context would also benefit.
